Business Development Manager (AR-VR Enterprise Solutions)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to drive outbound business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in B2B enterprise sales environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise B2B Sales and Business Development of AR/VR/XR solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage with CXOs, Innovation Heads, HR/L&D; Leaders, Operations Heads, and Safety Executives.
- Develop account plans, strategic partnerships, and industry-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client business challenges and objectives.




- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design customized AR/VR solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and ROI-driven business proposals.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, email campaigns, and outbound outreach.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring healthy conversion ratios.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive nationwide business expansion.
- Strong experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, IT Services, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Technologies.
- Ability to close mid-to-large value enterprise deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
