About the Role





They are looking for an experienced and energetic Design Head to lead our design team and manage design activities across multiple projects. The role involves working closely with senior management, clients, consultants, business development teams, fabricators, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate project design execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and experience in design coordination for construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Design Management
Lead and manage the design team for both pre-sales and post-sales projects.
Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of design tasks.
Prepare project-wise design plans and track the complete design lifecycle.
Guide team members and ensure quality standards are maintained.
