We specialize in providing quality industrial supplies and are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Accountant to manage our entire financial portfolio, including both business and individual accounts.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant who can take complete ownership of our end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Tally and Zoho Books, with solid expertise in managing sales/purchases, account reconciliations, financial projections, and analytical reporting. You will be responsible for handling all corporate entity accounts as well as individual/promoter accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting & Transactions




* Sales & Purchase Management: Record, verify, and process daily sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes, and vouchers.
* Multi-Platform Accounting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date ledgers across Tally and Zoho Books.
* Full Portfolio Management: Independently manage complete accounting operations for both the business entity (Jolly Industrial Stores) and individual/proprietorship accounts.
Reconciliation & Analysis
* Account Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations, debtor/creditor ledger reconciliations, and inventory reconciliations.
* Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to track cash flows, identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate sales trends, and optimize operating expenses.
* Financial Projections: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections, cash flow forecasts, and budget models to aid strategic business decisions.
