you need to be a leader with previous managerial experience having proven experience overseeing Operations, an expert communicator with a solid ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. Ultimately, driven by your desire to lead a team towards maximum productivity and efficiency. The candidate should be in a position to handle and drive the P&L; for the centre individually.

Core Work Activities:

OPERATIONS:
- Oversee the operations and functions of the centre, end to end.
- Managing and supervising the administration, security, and housekeeping functions.
- Directly responsible for the client retention and satisfaction.
- Would be taking care of all expansions and move ins.
- Responsible for the monthly payment collections.
- Would be directly responsible for the CSR income for the centre.
- Ensure the monthly P&L; is prepared and submitted to the management.
- Responsible for monitoring monthly inv
