Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts for our manufacturing plant at Jamshedpur. The candidate should have hands-on experience in plant accounting, strong analytical skills, and good knowledge of ERP systems, GST, and digital tools. The role requires close coordination with production, stores, purchase, and corporate finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial

Skills Required

Hands-on experience in plant accounting, month-end closing, MIS, inventory accounting, and costing.

Positive knowledge of GST, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.

Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Ramco, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.

Exposure to audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies for finance will be an added advantage.

Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance
