Job Title

Head – Channel Partnerships – GCC / Middle East | B2B SaaS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – Channel Partnerships to build, manage, and scale our partner ecosystem across the GCC / Middle East market.

The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on channel/partner management experience in the GCC/Middle East region and a robust background in B2B SaaS, AI, Cloud, CCaaS, CRM, or Enterprise Software.

Candidates without GCC/Middle East market experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances across GCC/Middle East.
- Drive partner-led revenue, pipeline, and business growth across the region.
- Develop and execute partner GTM, enablement, training, and joint business plans.




- Build strong relationships with GCC/Middle East partners, enterprise customers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor partner performance, sales forecasts, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the regional partner ecosystem.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to drive market growth.
- Manage partner conflicts, negotiations, commercial discussions, and performance reviews.
- Represent Worktual at GCC/Middle East partner meetings, industry events, and business forums.

Mandatory Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Alliances, Partner Management, or Business Development.
- Mandatory GCC / Middle East market experience with an established regional partner network.
- Candidates must have direct experience working with GCC/Middle East customers, partners, distributors, or resellers.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Cloud, CCaa
