The Opportunity:

Provide administrative assistance to other departments of the assigned branch with the objective of meeting the administrative requirements of business on day to day basis. This is a local level role having medium term impact on the overall organizational goals.

What you will do:
- Office Infrastructure Management: Monitor smooth working of telephone lines, liaise with MTNL,



process monthly bills; monitor housekeeping; arrange pest control services in the premises; arrange for potted plants and its maintenance; plan and oversee seating arrangements; monitor preparation of weekly menu chart for canteen, check raw material and quality of food, reduce wastage of food, monitor water, electricity and LPG consumptions in the canteen and processing the weekly / monthly bills in order to ensure smooth, effective and productive office infrastructure management.
- Management of office environment in terms of Liaison etc.: Liaise with various government departments and regulatory authorities like NDMC, MCD, Police, Fire, Electricity, Transport etc. for obtaining necessary sanction / exemptions / subsidies; supervise compliance with various obligations; design and implement systems / policies / procedures to ensure smooth and effective administration.
