We also have our offices in Jaipur, Puri, Thailand and Australia. Alongside it, the group operates Addvita Infra Constru in infrastructure and construction amongst two other sister concerns.
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead our group accounts function: someone who can own the books end-to-end, run event-wise and project-wise financial control across multiple branches, and supervise a Junior Accountant.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing group. You will be singly accountable for the accuracy of our event numbers and will work directly with Management on budgeting, profitability and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
- Supervise and manage the overall accounting operations of the company
- Maintain sale bills in Tally
- Handle branch-wise accounting for multiple branches in Tally Prime
- Monitor event-wise, project-wise, venue-wise and location-wise accounting
- Review and approve accounting entries passed by the Junior Accountant
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and inventory records
- Maintain proper accounting documents and statutory records
- Finalise month-end and year-end closing of accounts
Costing, Budgeting & Profitability
- Prepare and review event-wise Cost Sheets
- Prepare Internal Budgets, Proposed Budgets and Actual Budgets for every event/project
- Monitor budget utilisation and analyse budget variances
- Prepare project-wise, event-wise, venue-wise and location-wise profitability reports
- Monitor individual accounts and financial performance
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Skilled Tax, Income Tax and other statutory requirements
- Prepare GST workings and TDS workings
- Prepare and file GST Returns, TDS Returns, Professional Tax Returns and Income Tax working papers
