What would you do? We are seeking a Capital Markets Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), onboarding, KYC reviews, and compliance operations to support institutional and corporate banking clients.



The role is responsible for conducting complex onboarding and due diligence reviews, managing escalated cases, minimizing operational risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, KYC Operations, Onboarding, or Capital Markets Operations.
• Strong understanding of customer due diligence, onboarding workflows, screening processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of sanctions screening, beneficial ownership, FATCA, CRS, and customer risk assessment methodologies.
• Solid analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting junior team members, quality reviews, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
