We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (4–5 years of experience) with a strong focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, and strategic business expansion. This role requires expertise in B2B sales, account management, and consultative selling , ensuring long-term partnerships that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Development Manager , with a proven track record of handling Tier-1 Clients and OEMs . Strategic Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Development: Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking .
Prospecting & Business Expansion: Identify potential recent clients and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition: Drive sales and meet/exceed revenue targets by closing high-impact deals.
Ensure a Robust Sales Pipeline: Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry research to understand market trends, competition,



and customer pain points for strategic positioning.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives of Tier-1 clients, and OEMs to drive business growth.
Understand client challenges and position our offerings as value-driven solutions to enhance sales conversions.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute strategic email marketing, LinkedIn searches, and leverage client references to generate new opportunities.
Develop impactful sales presentations and prepare proposals to win new business.
Implement a structured follow-up plan to convert leads into long-term clients and drive repeat business.
Client Satisfaction & Project Delivery Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and successful project delivery is achieved.
CRM & Performance Metrics: Maintain accurate sales records in ZOHO CRM and analyze sales performance to optimize revenue growth strate
