Key Responsibilities

- Project Schedule Development and Maintenance, Including: Proficient employment of Critical Path
Method
- Construction of Master – Subproject relationships
- Proficient use of resource & cost loaded schedules
- Proficient employment of PERT method (Nice to have)
- Global resource pool management
- Risk weighting of project schedules
- Adoption of project scheduling best practices
- Forensic schedule analysis
- Schedule performance analysis
- Project Financial and Risk Management, including: Project Budget and Contingency
Analysis
- Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis
- Development of EVM S-Curves
- Reporting of Project Controls performance to key stakeholders
- Capex Reporting
- Budget Tracking, both for burn rate and comparison between EMC or Control Budget vs
Current Budget
Overall the ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and resolve
discrepancies on schedule and budget
Needs prior experience in the business as it relates to project cycles and construction process
