Job Description Role: Business Development Manager (SaaS)
/n Summary: This is a core sales role at Mygate requiring a true Hunter mindset and solid consultative sales skills. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through daily field visits, actively prospecting new leads, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing high-impact deals. You will own the complete sales cycle — from identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and building trust, to negotiating and winning business.
/n Roles & Responsibilities:
/n ● Execute daily field visits to prospect and acquire new clients
/n ● Apply a hunter approach to consistently identify and pursue fresh business opportunities
/n ● Meet and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
/n ● Remote Mygate's products/services by positioning value and addressing lenient requirements
/n ● Built, manage and retain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base
/n ● Arrange and lead business meetings, demos and client presentations
/n ● Write proposals,



negotiate terms and close deals
/n ● Maintain accurate record of sales, revenue and invoices
/n ● Provide after sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
/n Requirements:
/n ● Strong hunter mentality with the drive to exceed sales target
/n ● Proven consultative sales skills- ability to listen, diagnose and provide solutions
/n ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
/n ● High self-motivation and willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based role
/n ● Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
