Molex is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Industry Specialist – PCN to support Product Change Notification (PCN) activities by coordinating between customers, manufacturing plants, design centers, and internal stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with customer requirements, managing change notifications, and driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and process excellence.
Our Team
The DSS Quality Systems team supports global customer-facing Product Change Notification (PCN) activities, ensuring compliant implementation of product and manufacturing changes. Through solid cross-functional collaboration, the team helps enhance customer satisfaction, reduce business risk, and drive operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Molex facilities for PCN-related activities.
- Review and validate qualification data, customer-facing documentation, and impact analysis reports prior to customer submission.
- Coordinate customer-specific PCN requirements and ensure adherence to Molex policies and processes.
- Track and manage PCN approvals, qualification activities, transition readiness, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Plants, Product Managers, Change Coordinators, and Global Account Management teams to resolve customer concerns and expedite approvals.
- Develop and maintain PCN metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for PCN rejections and escalations.
- Support customer Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) and strategic customer initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve PCN processes and customer experience.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
