Paper Plane Tales is looking for a Senior Executive - Account Strategy & Client Servicing

Job Role:
- Own day-to-day client servicing and account management across digital brand-building mandates
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable marketing plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and specialist partners across social media, content, design, websites, SEO, SEM, performance and other digital services
- Develop content calendars, campaign ideas and creative concepts
- Create or edit social media content, presentations and other marketing assets when required
- Manage posting, page management and online reputation management
- Track account performance, prepare basic reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and stronger client engagement
