JOB REQUISITES Role Summary As a Senior Engineer - Highway Drainage you ll have experience in the Highways Sector to join our UK iCRC Roads team in Noida Bengaluru The role offers excellent diversified opportunities for a candidate seeking to progress their career and looking for experience training and support with their development and future career progression The successful candidate will have experience in leading the development and delivery of integral part of highways and highway drainage projects through various stages of the design process from feasibility to planning detailed design and onto construction Responsibilities You will be working and supporting a range of highways schemes associated with highway drainage elements You will be responsible for producing highway engineering designs and construction drawings independently for various UK schemes using the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and other relevant standards You will be expected to play a proactive part in the design process and to be active on several projects at any given time The position will also involve internal client liaison assisting in the preparation of fee proposals recruitments and financial control of projects when acting as a package manager You will coordinate inputs and outputs with other disciplines to produce an integrated design You will guide and mentor junior team members to broaden and deepen their understanding of a subject to suit with the client requirements You will be responsible for ensuring your projects are delivered to the budget programme and technical standards and meet QA CDM Sustainability and HSE requirements Beyond qualifications and experience the key candidate attributes we look for are the ability to solve problems build constructive relationships and a desire to continually improve We will provide you with the right setting and opportunities to develop as a senior engineer and support your personal development Your work may require travel withi
