Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations involving integrations, data migrations, multiple stakeholder groups, and geographically distributed teams.

This role requires robust customer-facing skills, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and experience successfully delivering projects for US clients while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Manage project scope,



timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery governance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based customers and executive stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and integration teams.
- Manage large cross-functional project teams, including onsite, offshore, and vendor resources.
- Lead workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and steering committee meetings.
- Ensure successful execution of Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Identity Management, and third-party platforms.
