The Superset Design Team is responsible for shaping how our brand is experienced across every touchpoint. Our team is growing rapidly, but we're committed to building a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, ownership, trust, and continuous learning. We work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful visual communication that strengthens our brand and enables business growth.

Designing at Superset is a diverse experience. On any given day, you might be: designing a campaign for a product launch, creating a compelling sales presentation for enterprise customers, crafting website visuals that improve engagement, or developing brand collateral that helps tell Superset's story consistently across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Visual & Brand Design - As a Visual & Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for designing compelling visual assets that elevate the Superset brand. You'll conceptualize and execute creative designs across digital and print mediums while ensuring consistency with our visual identity.



You should have experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.

Marketing Design - Work closely with the Marketing team to design engaging creatives for campaigns across multiple channels. You'll create social media posts, digital advertisements, email creatives, event branding, promotional materials, and other marketing assets that communicate our message effectively and strengthen our brand presence.

Website & Digital Design - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design graphics, banners, landing pages, and other visual assets for our website. You'll help create intuitive, visually appealing experiences that align with our brand while enhancing user engagement.

Brand Collateral & Sales Enablement - Design high quality collateral that supports business development and customer engagement. This includes brochures, one pagers, c
