We're expanding and looking for a high-energy, growth-focused Regional Manager – West to drive our recruitment partner ecosystem and student enrollments across the Western Zone of India.
/n Key Responsibilities:
/n 1. Recruitment Partner (RP) Identification and Onboarding:
/n /n Identify and recruit recent Recruitment Partners (RPs), including agents and channel partners.
/n Evaluate applications, conduct reference checks, and maintain a robust approval and documentation process to onboard high-quality partners.
/n /n 2. RP Engagement & Performance Management:




/n /n Actively manage and support existing RPs to maximize productivity.
/n Conduct regular training sessions, drive marketing efforts, and monitor student pipelines.
/n Ensure RPs are well-equipped and aligned to drive enrollments for the Global Student Program (GSP).
/n /n 3. Partner Support & Student Counselling:
/n /n Collaborate with partners to counsel students and review applications to ensure they meet program quality standards.
/n Provide strategic guidance to RPs to ensure a smooth, effective application process.
/n /n 4. Market Intelligence & Product Positioning:
/n /n Stay updated on regional market trends and competitor activities.
/n Provide insights for refining offerings and ensure effective product positioning to keep RPs engaged and motivated.
/n /n What We're Looking For:
/n /n 6–10 years of experience in B2B/Channel Sales, preferably in EdTech or International Education.
/n Strong network across Western India, with a proven
