Yali Aerospace is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in government sales, tender management, and business development. The ideal candidate will identify and develop business opportunities across the healthcare logistics, defence & surveillance, public safety, and disaster management sectors, while driving the adoption of Yali Aerospace's advanced unmanned aerial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the government and enterprise sectors.
- Monitor and evaluate government tenders related to UAVs, aerospace, logistics, healthcare, defence, public safety, and disaster management.
- Manage end-to-end bidding processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, healthcare institutions,



defence organizations, disaster management authorities, and strategic partners.
- Present Yali Aerospace's drone solutions to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and leadership teams to prepare competitive proposals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business growth targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government procurement policies, and emerging opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, government sales, tender management, or B2G sales.
- Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal and government tender submission processes.
- Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and documentation.
- Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Robust communication and relationship
