RudrX Techlabs is an IT services company helping businesses build software products, and digital systems. We work with founders, consultants, agencies, and small businesses across India and international markets. We are looking for an Outreach Intern who can help us identify potential clients, start genuine conversations, and manage follow-ups through , Instagram, email, and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients.
- Send personalised connection requests and outreach messages through and Instagram.
- Start friendly, natural conversations without using spammy sales messages.
- Understand the prospect’s business before introducing our services.
- Manage replies, accepted connections, and follow-up messages.
- Follow up with interested prospects at the appropriate time.
- Maintain daily outreach records in Google Sheets or our internal system.
- Coordinate with the team when a prospect is interested.




- Provide regular updates on conversations, interested prospects, and booked calls.

Requirements
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Comfortable using , Instagram, Gmail, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to write short, friendly, and personalised messages.
- Basic understanding of IT services is preferred.
- Must have access to a laptop and a secure internet connection.
- Able to work consistently and follow a defined outreach process.
- Willingness to learn sales, lead generation, and client communication.
- Previous outreach or lead-generation experience is helpful but not compulsory.
