Role Summary
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first design consultant customers interact with when they visit our showroom. Your role is to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, space requirements, and budgets, and guide them towards suitable furniture collections while creating an exceptional luxury buying experience.
You will work closely with the Sales Team to convert enquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Welcome walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements through detailed discussions.
- Build rapport and create a premium showroom experience.
- Explain product features, materials, craftsmanship, finishes, and customization options.
- Recommend suitable furniture collections based on customer requirements.
- Assist customers in visualizing furniture within their spaces.
Design Consultation
- Provide furniture layout suggestions.
- Advise customers on:
- Space planning
- Colour coordination
- Material combinations
- Wood finishes
- Upholstery selections
- Styling and accessories
- Help customers create cohesive interior concepts.
Sales Support
- Qualify customer requirements before handing them over to the Sales Executive.
- Prepare preliminary furniture selections.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations.
- Follow up on pending customer requirements
