ARC is one of the noteworthy consulting firms in the field of leadership and organisation development based in Pune, India. In the past decade, we have served more than 200 corporates for their developmental needs.

We are expanding our team and looking to hire two Business Development Managers (designated as Client Partner) at ARC. One in Pune and one in Mumbai.

The role is a full-time, work-from-office job and involves travelling within the city.

As a Client Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving ARC's growth by building and nurturing client relationships. This is more than a business development role - it's about creating meaningful partnerships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and supporting project management of impactful learning and OD interventions.

Your efforts will shape how clients experience ARC's solutions and their outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities include:
- Proactively reaching out to potential clients through various platforms to identify recent business opportunities.
- Building meaningful relationships with clients,



guiding them through all stages of their projects.
- Collaborating with internal teams. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery and a stellar client experience.
- Developing and nurturing existing client accounts to grow business opportunities.
- Representing ARC's brand with professionalism and integrity.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Experience: 3-6 years in business development or client partnership roles, preferably in HR or L&D; domains.

Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in relationship management and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects with process orientation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and L&D; is a plus.
