We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, CRM integrations, and enterprise-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and complex integration programs.
This role requires a combination of technical leadership, delivery management, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on understanding of enterprise integrations within the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM-related technology initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Drive successful execution of Agile development processes and release planning.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delivery risks and escalations.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and integration workstreams.
Salesforce & CRM Leadership
- Oversee development and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions.
- Provide guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with Architects and Engineering Leads to define scalable technical solutions.
- Support CRM platform enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.
Integration & Technical Oversight
- Lead enterprise integration projects involving CRM, APIs, middleware, and external systems.
