Experience: 1–3 years in medical equipment / healthcare sales
Education: AnyGraduate, MBA shall be an additional advantage
Role Overview
This responsible for owning and growing sales and independently drive revenue, develop and manage key accounts the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales and achieving revenue targets
- Lead, and mentor a team to tap into the growing opportunities
- Independently generate, and close leads
- Lead product demonstrations and clinical presentations for hospitals and decision-makers
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, visit logs, and lead status
- Develop and manage strategic, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop current accounts
- Coordinate of equipment deliveries, installations,
and documentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather and analyses market intelligence on competitor products & pricing
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of medical and capital equipment and hospital procurement ecosystems
- Negotiation, deal-closure, and key-account management capabilities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a field team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the local language(s) and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; comfort with AI and digital sales tools shall be an advantage
- High energy, results-driven, and comfortable with travel
