Purpose of Role

The Project Manager is responsible for project managing and driving the execution and delivery of change for a client implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Deliver a project, with front-to-back ownership of the full project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with project sponsors and partners across business lines and infrastructure, ensuring sustainable and cohesive programme delivery.
- Oversight Framework:



Establish and monitor an effective oversight framework to ensure issues and risks are appropriately identified, escalated, and resolved.
- Business Knowledge: Build technical and operational business knowledge to support business understanding and the impact of change management processes on BAU (Business as Usual).
- Communication Strategy: Define a robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders.
- Project Management Tools: Utilise key project management tools and techniques, maintaining document artefacts to a high standard to meet project demands.
- Meeting Leadership: Prepare and lead key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups.
- Team Development: Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the team as a change centre of excellence.

Valued Experience & Qualifications
- Experience delivering high-profile complex change programmes in a financial institution
- JIRA experience
- Strong written
