Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Delivery cum Account Manager to manage key client accounts, oversee recruitment delivery, drive client satisfaction, and ensure business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT staffing, account management, collections, stakeholder management, and business development by generating current hiring requirements from existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple Non-IT clients across various industries.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets and hiring timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and successful closure of open mandates.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), interview ratios, offer conversions, and joining percentages.
- Conduct regular delivery reviews and implement strategies to improve team performance.
Key Account Management (KAM)
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key client accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business review meetings to understand hiring plans and client expectations.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality service delivery.
