/n You run a city or sub-regional cluster of Operations — multiple Senior Managers, 12–20 active
/n projects, ₹40–60 Cr portfolio. You build the operating system that keeps it from collapsing under its
/n own weight.
/n WHAT YOU WILL OWN
/n Cluster delivery — full P&L;, schedule, quality, and client outcomes for your geography
/n Senior Manager development — build the layer below you; identify and grow next-level leaders
/n Capacity planning — anticipate site, PM, SPM, and vendor needs two to three quarters ahead of demand
/n Vendor ecosystem — strategic partnerships at city level; rate cards; master service agreements
/n Top-account ownership — the top 3–5 clients in your geography are your direct accountability
/n Cross-functional alignment — work shoulder-to-shoulder with city leads in Design, Sales, Procurement, and
/n Finance
/n Process and system build — codify what works; push back what does not; help build the Operations
/n playbook
/n Talent pipeline — active in senior hiring; build a city-level bench at PM, SPM,



and Sr Manager layers
/n WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
/n Must-Haves
/n 8+ years in commercial fit-out or adjacent industries (FLEXIBLE)
/n Has led a team of 30+ across multiple layers — PMs, SPMs, Sr Managers

/n Has owned a multi-city or large-city portfolio of ₹30 Cr+ in value
/n Demonstrated process build — has codified an Operations playbook somewhere before
/n Senior client management at CXO level
/n Strong commercial acumen — margin protection, billing discipline, cashflow awareness
/n High-judgement decision-making — pattern recognition across many projects
/n Good to Have
/n MBA from a premier institute (especially for FLEXIBLE candidates)
/n Experience scaling a delivery function in a high-growth workplace
