We're looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Head of Business Development to lead the growth of CIPS' corporate training, executive education and consulting business across India. This is an exciting opportunity to build strategic partnerships, engage with senior business leaders, and expand the reach and impact of a globally recognised professional body in India.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute the business growth strategy for India
- Identify, pursue and secure recent corporate clients and strategic partnerships




- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across training, executive education and consulting services
- Lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through to contract negotiation and closure
- Represent CIPS at conferences, industry events and networking forums
- Build relationships with CEOs, CHROs, Chief Procurement Officers and other senior business leaders
- Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious business development targets
- Develop strategic alliances and referral partnerships to strengthen market presence

What you’ll bring:
- An MBA or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success in business development within corporate training, executive education, consulting or professional services.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management capability.
