As General Manager you will have prime responsibility for developing and executing Sales and operational strategies and capabilities. Manages cross functional, cross regional and cross business unit teams to design and implement end to end capabilities and strategies based on business plans and objectives. You will provide strategic direction and management leadership to the Sales, Field Services, Service Desk and Supply Chain operations. Promote the advantage of A&O; services to the customer by exceeding customer expectations. Empower and create a motivated, customer-facing support team with the ability to think for themselves within a framework of process controls and clear KPI measurement. Maximize cash flow through solid cost control and proactive management of purchase order commitments from customers. Ensure smooth implementation of new contracts, implementation of technology/organizational changes and adherence to service level commitments.
