Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting

Identify and research target companies across multiple industries.

Build and maintain a database of potential customers.

Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.

Lead Generation

Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound campaigns.

Qualify prospects based on business requirements and buying potential.

Maintain accurate lead information in CRM.

Email campaign; LinkedIn Outreach

Create personalized outreach campaigns.

Execute LinkedIn prospecting and engagement.

Follow up consistently to nurture prospects.

CRM Management

Maintain complete prospect information in CRM.

Track every interaction and follow-up.

Ensure no qualified lead is missed.

Market Research

Research target companies and decision-makers.

Build prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites,



and other research tools.

Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong English communication.

Confidence in cold calling and objection handling.

Good email writing and follow-up skills.

Comfortable using CRM software.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar lead generation tools is an advantage.

Robust internet research and prospecting skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
