About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly execution-oriented Project Manager – Tech Operations & Delivery to lead project execution, operational excellence, and process optimization across our technology and learning delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving accountability, implementing scalable processes, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities-

Project & Operations Management:
- Drive end-to-end execution of technology and operational projects.
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Maintain task trackers and ensure accountability across teams.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
