What You'll Own

• Drive sustainable business growth and overall company performance

• Own the P&L;, including revenue, profitability, and operational outcomes

• Lead business development initiatives and expand strategic client relationships

• Strengthen operations to ensure service excellence, customer satisfaction,



and efficiency

• Develop cost-effective execution strategies that balance quality, speed, and profitability

• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across functions

• Establish scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics

• Identify new opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation

• Position CleanPro as a strategic partner to clients, not just a service provider

• Maintain and enhance our exceptional customer retention levels
