Overview We are seeking a data-driven Audience Manager to lead the creation management and optimization of targeted account and contact segments for Cvent s Hospitality Cloud This role works closely with marketing analytics and sales teams to ensure the right and defined audiences are identified reached and engaged with the right messages resulting in accelerated lead generation and revenue growth The position requires strong expertise in 360 degree marketing segmentation data strategy and an understanding of global privacy frameworks In This Role You Will Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies using CRM firmographic behavioral and both organic and inorganic data sources Partner with global product marketing demand generation field marketing and internal sales teams to redefine and drive engagement for specific audiences in line with campaign objectives and sales priorities Build enrich and activate audience segments using Salesforce CDPs and marketing automation platforms Design and manage a contact strategy framework to identify engage and nurture high-value accounts and contacts Ensure inclusion exclusion basis campaign objective and outcomes Incorporate AI-driven insights and surrogate modeling into audience identification and engagement strategies Monitor audience coverage utilization and engagement identify opportunities for optimization and report on audience KPIs e g coverage growth lead-to-opportunity conversion campaign ROI Ensure compliance with global privacy laws and frameworks GDPR CCPA and others including audience suppression and opt-out best practices Drive continuous improvement through A B testing and audience experiments to refine targeting and personalization Present insights and recommendations to marketing sales and leadership stakeholders in explicit data-driven narratives Here s What You Need Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Data Analytics or related field MBA preferred 3-4 years of experience in audience management CRM str
