Responsibilities

Handled inbound and outbound calls to address patient and customer issues efficiently.

Coordinated with doctors for appointments, responses, and follow-ups

Handled escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolution and

customer satisfaction

● Great written and verbal communication skills

● Positive listener with active problem solving skills

● Good interpersonal and analytical skills

● Quick learner and open to learning new channels or processes

● Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.

● Knowledge of social media platforms

● E-commerce experience is a bonus

● Freshers are more than welcome

● Multitasker with flexibility to work in different work roles.

● Basic knowledge about home interior design and products would be an added

advantage.

● Prior experience of working with CRM tools such as Freshdesk would be an added

advantage.
