About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven FMCG Business Development Manager to expand the market presence of our FMCG products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aggressively onboarding distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and institutional buyers while driving product listings and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Secure product listings with supermarkets, retail chains, wholesalers, distributors, and modern trade outlets.

* Develop and expand distribution networks across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other target markets.

* Identify and acquire new dealers, stockists, distributors, and institutional customers.

* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotional schemes, and listing agreements.

* Drive monthly sales targets through effective market expansion.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts.





* Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

* Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and promotional execution.

* Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence for management.

Required Skills

* 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, business development, distributor management, or key account management.

* Proven experience in vendor onboarding and product listing with supermarkets and retail chains.

* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.

* Positive understanding of FMCG distribution, channel sales, and retail operations.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
