Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:We are looking for a Tech Lead – AMS with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate willlead AMS delivery, ensure high-quality technical solutions, and provide continuous improvementsand support for existing Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce AMS projects, ensuring smooth operations, incidentresolution, and enhancements.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze issues, and proposescalable technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce components across Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
