- POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a energetic and entrepreneurial Sales Head to lead business growth in the luxury outdoor furniture segment. This role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in project-based sales, particularly within hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, a strong industry network, and the ability to drive revenue while building long-term strategic relationships.
- ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive new business opportunities across luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial segments
- Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, real estate developers, and hotel procurement teams
- Project Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, channels, and partnerships to scale the brand presence
- Pipeline & Forecasting:



Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate revenue forecasts
- Brand Representation: Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team;
establish clear KPIs and accountability
- CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: 8–15 years in project sales within furniture, outdoor furniture, luxury home décor, or interior solutions
- Industry Exposure: Solid experience in hospitality, luxury residential, or commercial project sales
- Network: Established relationships within the architecture, design, and hospitality ecosystem
- Skills: Strong negotiation and closing ability;
