Recognized for the quality and innovation of its premium solutions, the group develops high value-added technical products for the architecture, construction, marine, aerospace and numerous other industrial sectors.

As part of a replacement hire, this group is recruiting a Marketing Communications & Community Manager to lead the communication strategy for the India, South-East Asia (excluding China) and Oceania zone.

Reporting to: Group Communications Department.

Position based in New Delhi.

Experience required: minimum 5 years in a similar role, in a B2B environment, industrial sector, with proven exposure to an international context.

Qualification: Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business Administration (MBA a plus).

Your responsibilities :

Communication

Support the sales force by:




- designing communication materials, from brief to production (print and digital), in collaboration with the Group Communications team and Product Managers;
- providing technical support to clients to address their communication needs;
- acting as the go-to person for CRM-related topics and proposing suitable solutions.

Operational marketing

Deploy the defined action plan by:
- ensuring its implementation in each country of the zone;
- leading the various projects (brochures, website, social media, digital materials, press relations, translations...);
- organizing events, from concept through to trade show presence and in office team support;
- monitoring budgets and making the necessary adjustments;
- coordinating local initiatives with the Country Managers;
- measuring and analyzing the performance of communication actions.
