Role Description

As a Senior Interior Designer (Sales & Design), you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful projects through exceptional design presentations and client consultations. You will lead the complete design journey, mentor a team of designers,



and ensure every project reflects Spacioworks' premium design standards.This is a leadership role that requires equal strength in client engagement, design expertise, sales conversion, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management:
- Meet qualified leads generated by the sales team and understand client requirements.
- Conduct design consultations and build solid client relationships.
- Present design concepts, layouts, material selections, and quotations.
- Handle client objections, negotiate professionally, and close projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until project confirmation.

Design Management:
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for premium residential projects.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material specifications.
- Create high-quality design presentations using SketchUp, Enscape, or similar tools.
