To be successful as a Software Engineer - AVP, you should have experience with:
- Strong developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed technologies including AWS Cloud, delivering resilient and scalable solutions.
- Skilled in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing frameworks, and up-to-date engineering toolchains across SQL/NoSQL environments.
- Expert working Experience on Debt Manager 11 (CnR Product) with strong Collections and Recoveries domain fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience on Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
- Working experience in Agile Methodology.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
