Job Title: Senior MES Software Engineer

Location: [Bangalore / Hyderabad]

The job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MES Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, and RESTful Web APIs, along with hands-on experience or understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable MES solutions supporting manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework/Core, and Web APIs
- Create and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas
- Implement responsive and interactive front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Integrate with external systems (e.g., SAP, PLCs, SCADA) as part of MES architecture
- Participate in requirements gathering, system design, and code reviews




- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in manufacturing environments
- Collaborate with process engineers and production teams to understand MES requirements
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and system performance
- Maintain detailed technical documentation

Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of ISA-95, 21 CFR Part 11, or GMP compliance
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or historian systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Web API development & MES
- Proficient in MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Strong experience in JavaScript and front-end development
- Experience or exposure to MES systems (e.g., Aveva/Wonderware, Rockwell FT, Siemens Opcenter, etc.), having AVEVA MES technical stack
