About Us -
Mangal Electrical Industries Limited (MEIL) is a BSE/NSE-listed manufacturer of power and distribution transformers serving India's critical infrastructure. We're expanding aggressively—shipping transformers up to 20 MVA today, and launching our new 132/220kV facility (200 MVA capacity) this year. Our customers include L&T;, TATA Power, Reliance, and the fastest-growing solar, steel, and sugar projects across India.

The Role
You'll own full sales ownership for assigned accounts and verticals within the Transformer Division. Your sales manager will assign leads based on your caliber and capacity, but you're expected to actively build your own pipeline—through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals. Your job: conduct technical conversations with plant heads and project managers, schedule site visits, negotiate terms, and close deals worth ₹50L and above. You're not just a closer; you're a hunter who builds relationships and drives pipeline growth.

What You'll Do




Follow up on inbound leads and qualifying conversations from the marketing team
Conduct technical discussions with decision-makers (plant heads, project engineers, procurement heads)
Schedule and lead customer meetings (virtual and in office)
Prepare and present customized quotations
Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines
Close deals and handover to execution team
Maintain customer relationship records and pipelines (CRM-driven)
Collaborate with our design and execution teams to set realistic expectations
Participate in our gamified incentive program (spot awards, monthly bonuses, performance badges)

Who You Are
- Education : B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (core requirement)
- Experience : 2–6 years in B2B industrial sales or technical sales (transformers, power equipment, or heavy machinery preferred)
- Mindset : You enjoy technical conversations, aren't afraid of long sales cycles, and thrive on clo
