Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer with experience in Conversational AI Platform Engineer with experience implementing, configuring, testing, and optimizing enterprise voice bots and chatbots using leading conversational AI platforms.
You will work closely with AM engineering teams and customers to design, develop, and deploy voice bots and chatbots for customer service use cases using Aumne. Al's Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) platform.
In this role, you will build conversational experiences across voice and chat channels, develop workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and support solutions from development through production deployment. You will also work with existing customer service technologies including IVR systems, conversational platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications to help transform legacy customer experiences into modern AI-driven voice and digital services.
