Instructional Designer / Learning Content Designer

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3 – 6 Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging learning content for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) programs

Create storyboards, scripts, and instructional design documents

Design learner-centric training solutions aligned to business requirements

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and structure content

Support the development of e-learning modules and digital learning assets

Ensure learning content follows instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies





Create visually engaging learning materials using PowerPoint and Canva

Qualifications & Skills

3–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, E-learning Development, or Training Content Creation

Experience in creating ILT and WBT storyboards

Strong content structuring and writing skills

Valuable understanding of adult learning principles and Bloom's Taxonomy

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva

Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders

Exposure to e-learning projects will be an advantage
