Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom and project sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and key customers.
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to generate business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms,



and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience , preferably in one or more of the following industries:
- Luxury Building Materials
- Natural Stone
- Tiles & Sanitaryware
- Interior Design
- Home Décor
- Construction Materials
- Premium Retail
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targ
