- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer and typing proficiency
- Flexible to work in rotational schedules

? Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with return, refund, replacement, and exchange requests.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to product returns.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
