We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis I Asian to join our culinary team in Ahmedabad India As a key member of our kitchen staff you will specialize in Asian cuisine contributing to the creation of authentic and delicious dishes that delight our customers Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes including appetizers main courses and desserts Assist in the preparation of marinades sauces and spice blends for Asian specialties Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and productive food preparation Maintain and operate various Asian kitchen equipment and utensils Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation Assist in inventory management and stock rotation for Asian cuisine ingredients Contribute to menu development and suggest new Asian dishes Maintain a clean and organized work station Support other kitchen areas as needed during peak hours Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in dish preparation Continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge of Asian cuisine
