Key Roles & Responsibilities

Program & Project Management Manage
- End-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects (initiation to closure).
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Strategic Execution & Alignment Translate
- Product vision and strategy defined by the CPO into actionable project plans.
- Ensure alignment of all projects with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market priorities.




- Support prioritization of product roadmap initiatives across Insurance and Lending portfolios.

Stakeholder Management Act
- As a liaison between the CPO, business teams, technology teams, and external partners.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
- Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Domain Expertise (Insurance & Lending)
- Initiatives related to: Policy administration systems (Life & General Insurance)
- Claims management and underwriting workflows
- Loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS)
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, RBI norms).

Risk & Compliance Management Identify
- Project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal audit, compliance, and governance standards.
