About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate (Head Office) and Retail Store positions across PAN India. The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to deliver quality hiring within defined turnaround timelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Handle hiring for Corporate functions (Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, E-commerce, Design, Production, Sourcing, Legal, etc.) and Retail Store positions across PAN India.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job fit and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and closures.




- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Negotiate compensation within approved salary budgets and roll out offers.
- Ensure smooth pre-joining engagement and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and position closures.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure recruitment data is updated accurately in the HRMS/ATS.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and employee referral programs.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation.
