Drive new business acquisition, renewals, and account expansion opportunities within existing banking relationships.
Conduct executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews for senior stakeholders across banking and financial services organisations.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, Contact Centre Heads, Operations Leaders,



and Procurement teams within the banks.
Understand customer challenges and business priorities, positioning SquadStack's solutions through a consultative and ROI-led sales approach.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, account planning, and chance management through HubSpot and other sales tools.
Serve as the voice of the customer by bringing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence back to internal teams.

8–12 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, closing seven to eight-figure deals in India with a significant portion dedicated to selling products or solutions directly to banks in India.
